This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Flowtag ("we", "us", or "our"). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Model

Flowtag offers monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Flowtag, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or 14 days of any renewal charge, provided you have not made extensive use of the service during that period.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
  • You must not have used the service in a way that would indicate you have received the primary benefit of the subscription.
  • The request must be made in good faith.

4. How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period unless the cancellation occurs within the 14-day refund window described in Section 3.

After cancellation, you retain access to Flowtag until the end of your current paid period.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the charge date.
  • Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across billing cycles).
  • Dissatisfaction due to features clearly described in our documentation or pricing page.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date, unless requested within the 14-day window.

7. EU & UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase. By accessing and using the service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting early access to the service and understand this may affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. Paddle handles all payment disputes on our behalf.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
