1. General
By using Flowtag Analytics (“Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Service Nature
- The Service is provided “AS IS”, without any guarantees.
- If the server goes down, data is lost, or errors occur, no compensation or liability is provided.
- Users with an active SLA package may receive specific uptime and support commitments according to their SLA agreement.
3. Data Loss
- Data corruption, deletion, or permanent loss may occur.
- Except under an SLA package, Flowtag Analytics has no responsibility for recovering or restoring lost data.
4. Usage Restrictions
You may not use the Service for:
- bypassing free limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts or organizations),
- DDoS attacks, hacking, or attempts to disrupt the servers,
- illegal activities or violations of applicable laws,
- purposes unrelated to the main intent of the Service (traffic/referrer analytics).
- tampering data or sending fake traffic. You may not intentionally break, change, or poison other users’ data — for example by running bots or fake clicks that generate false analytics to Flowtag.
5. Legal Responsibility
- Flowtag Analytics is not responsible for legal or regulatory consequences resulting from the way you configure or use the Service.
- Example: if you set up tracking without user consent (cookies, personal data, etc.), you are solely responsible for compliance with laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
6. Liability Limitation
- The Service is used at your own risk.
- Flowtag Analytics is not liable for damages, losses, or consequences of using or misusing the Service.
7. Changes
- These Terms may be updated at any time.
- Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
